Here is the tentative workout … format is 30/10, we’ll try for three rounds with a 90 second reset between rounds.

4. Bodysaw / Rocking Planks
5. Bodyweight Squats
6. Mountain Climbers
7. Jumping Jacks
8. Side Plank (20 seconds per side)
9. Alternating Lateral Lunges
10. Burpee
