WOD – 9/5/13

For today’s session, you may need to find a playground with some sort of climbing rungs or maybe a set of rings.  If you have a suspension trainer (TRX. Woss, etc…), that will work fine as well.  Or, a bar pretty low on a squat rack!  Today is

3 rounds (no rest) of:

10 pushups

10 inverted rows

20 (10 each leg)  mountain climbers (if you want a little more core activation, do the cross body version)

Rest 1 minute

————

Repeat sequence 2 more times.
