WOD — 9/3/13

In these two weeks between the end of the summer sessions and the beginning of the fall classes at NSAA, I’ll post a suggested workout that can be done pretty much anywhere.

The only thing you’ll need today is a little bit of space and something to step up onto .. think a bleacher step or park bench for height.

Do three rounds of:

1. Step Ups — alternate legs, 50 each side

2. Walking lunge, 25 yards

3.  Bodyweight Sumo (very wide stance!) Squat

4. Walking lunge return to start

Rest for 90 seconds
