Keeping up the pressure as we get nearer to closing out the year … as it is likely that many will take Thursday and Friday off (but do come play with us for circuit Saturday!!!), here’s an AMRAP circuit that can take the edge off the guilt if you want it to!!  10 exercises, 10 reps at a time for 10 minutes .. a bit of rest and then do it again!
