Tuesday, June 9th

Monday proved to be a little much in the normal 30 minute time, but we did have one (awesome Julie, just awesome….) get through it with a bit less than 10 extra minutes.  Tuesday we get a mix of legs, glutes and core.  This one should be quite demanding .. we’re going a little harder again a third week and will back off a tad next week.

We’ll go 40/20 x 2 rounds and then add a finisher…
