Training Log, Friday, July 4th

We took Friday off from our regular end of week circuit at Sonrise Boot Camp, but since rest day this week is scheduled for Saturday, had to get at least a quick workout in before the holiday festivities begin …  quick and dirty kettlebell chain .. all one hand movements.3bells

Ladder format … 1 to when form breaks   20 Kg bell.  I made it to 5 before the presses turned to mush and then went back down.

The chain — swing –> snatch –> clean and press –>squat

Nice way to end the week!  Saturday is an off day .. Sunday, I think we’ll whack a few tires!
