Training Log – 8/3/13

I adapted the weekend ladder just a tad …

Each round has 13 reps split between prisoner squats and pushups, so I added 13 two hand kettlebell swings to each round..

Training Log for today:

Ladder  12-1 / 1-12  + KB  (Pushup / Prisoner Squat / 13 KB Swings)

…. and finished it off with 3 sets of 10 suspension bicep curls
