Training Log – 6/24/13

Here’s our own training log scheduled for tonite in the home studio…

Alternate on the suspension trainer — do 30 seconds each of the exercise pair,  switch… we’ll do 3 rounds of each pair

1.  Bicep Curl  /  Tricep Extension

2. Low Back Row  /  High Back Row

3.  Back Fly  /  Chest Fly
