We will close out the month of April by amping up the cardio a bit (well, quite a bit!!) .. we are, of course, NOT going to sacrifice the strength side of things (realizing that “strong” fixes a myriad of ills….).

Format 45/15 (but we’ll count in and rest only an even minute between rounds)

1.  Plank Jacks

2.  Squat/Power Jacks

3.  Cross Body Mountain Climber (elevate and go to low plank position if needed)

4.  Skater Jumps

5.  Sprawls

6.  Jumping Jacks

7  High Knees Run in Place
