No morning workouts at the studio on Thursdays, but here’s a ropes session (that we’ll do on Wednesday night … Thursday night we’ll test run the weekly Friday circuit!)

Format .. descending time ladder … 3 exercises + rest block at each step … 60 seconds first round, drop 10 seconds each round.  (so .. 60/60/60/rest 60 is the first round)

1. Alternating Wave   2.  Hi-Lo Claps  3.  2 Hand Wave  (total time 13:50)
