FULL BODY — Dumbbell Snatches (alternate arms each work block)
UPPER BODY — Battling Rope Alternating Wave
CORE — Side Plank w/Reach Throughs (alternate sides each work block)
LOWER BODY — Kettlebell Goblet Squats
