What is Tabata?
Tabata is a 4 minute workout consisting of 8 rounds — 20 seconds work alternating with 10 seconds rest. We will use bodyweight, hand weight, battling ropes and kettlebell exercise in these sessions. Each night will feature 4 different sequences for an awesome full body workout in under 30 minutes including a warm up and cool down. 4 sequences, 4 minutes each, every night covering 4 target areas (legs/glutes, arms/shoulders/back, core, and full body…)
This new class will join our existing lineup of early morning and late evening classes beginning on March 3rd! (but stay tuned, we will likely run a preview week before that!!!)
