Suspension Training Focused Workout

We are pleased to offer suspension training using the WOSS trainers.  Suspension training has many benefits, including increased strength, coordination and flexibility. Participants will do a full body warmup routine followed by a series of suspension trainer exercises and then a stretching cooldown based on the workout.  A sample recent workout is below:

4 exercises, Tabata protocol each exercise, rest up to a minute between exercises.

1. Inverted Row

2. Floating Lunge (alternate leg after every 2 rounds)

3. Side to Side Squat Hops

4. Ladder Fly (T-Y-I)

The suspension trainer brings a new dimension to bodyweight training, allowing the user to modify intensity on the fly to maintain good form.
