Sunburst – 7/25/13

Logo_Sunburst0910_RGB (1)  We’ll be doing a special session of A WOD in the Park at Sunburst on Thursday, July 25th.  We’ll follow the workout itself with sun salutation yoga sequence of 12 poses. Here is the workout.

2 parts — Ropes and Hill

Start with 15 reps each:

1. Side facing two hand wave (left face)

2. Side facing two hand wave (right face)

3. Side Plank one hand wave (left hand wave)

4. Side Plank one hand wave (right hand wave)

Then…  up the hill … 20 yards each in sequence:

1. Walking Lunge

2.  Bear Crawl

3.  Kangaroo Jump

4.  Walk (yes, just walk…)

5.  Sprint to finish

Once at the top, perform 10 pushups.

REST IS THE WALK BACK DOWN THE HILL

Repeat this 3 times.
