We roll into next week with a brand new month, the anticipation of summer finally showing up here in southeast Wisconsin and an updated schedule of activities – both in and out of the studio ….
First.. a couple things are dropping out …
1. We’re dropping the 10:30 studio class (but see below for an alternative!)
2. The 8:15 pm after hours tabata class takes a break until the fall.
In studio looks like this:
Early morning HIIT: 5:15 and 5:45 am Monday thru Friday
and beginning June 15th, we add a 6:30 am class targeted at teen athletes. Anyone is welcome but a heads up for this one — the intensity level will be ratcheted up a tad.. This 6:30 session will run 6/15-7/24.
Everything else happens outdoors!!
As announced earlier, we’re teaming up with Paula Evans (visit Paula’s web site) to offer a combined workout + yoga in the park over the summer months .. that looks like this:
Tuesdays, 10:30 am, Cedar Creek Park, workout, then 11-12 yoga
Tuesdays, 7 pm — watch web site weekly for locations, workout only
Thursdays, 7 pm, Cedar Creek Park, workout, then 7:30-8 yoga
All the outdoor sessions are free and should give participants a good feel for the studio offerings from both Paula (who teaches at YogaOne in Cedarburg as well as a number of outside engagements!) and from No Bounds Wellness. Any past participants in the 10:30 session can contact me any day to do a normal mid morning session at the studio (just give me a heads up the day prior), but join us in the park on free session on Tuesdays!
