Progamming Tweak for the Summer

Now that the after hours Tabata sessions are on summer break, I already miss them.  We’ll leave Mondays for our wannatabatacircuits, legs/glutes/core on Tuesdays and our beloved battling ropes on Wednesdays but we’ll play a bit with the later part of the week.  We’ll slip at least one Tabata sequence in our Thursday amped up cardio sessions and Fridays will be done in our 4x4x4 Tabata Boot Camp format — 4 sequences – upper body, lower body, core and a full body sequence.  4 minutes each with between 90 seconds and 2 minutes between each one.
