Much ado about diets

Today I want to point you to a great piece done by Molly Galbraith.  Hopefully, you’ve at least heard the notion that what you do in the kitchen is at least as important, if not more so, than what you do in the gym (or park… <gr>).  Diet really should be a simple thing and my general philosophy is the keeping it that way moves the needle toward healthy.  Molly breaks down some of the popular and well known diet programs out there and lays out some ideas to help you guide the way you select your body’s fuel.  Pure common sense leads us to some logical conclusions, but finding common sense these days is a tad challenging.  We’re not selling anything with this except empowerment…
