Descending Time Ladders.  First round 60 seconds each exercise, last round 10 seconds each. Decrement 10 seconds and rest for no more than 2 minutes between rounds.  Reduce rest to under 20 seconds two rounds.

Bold- 5 exercises

1. Spider Climbers

2. Squat with alternating front kick

3. Pushups combined with back leg lifts

4. Skater Lunges – alternating

5.  Burpees

Regular – 4 exercises

1. Squat with alternating front kick

2. Pushups combined with back leg lifts

3. Skater Lunges – alternating

4.  Burpees

Mild – 3 exercises

1. Squat with alternating front kick

2. Pushups combined with back leg lifts

3. Skater Lunges – alternating
