Circuit day! The last couple weeks, we’ve set this up for the rotation to allow everyone to fly solo at each station ..
while this turned out to be quite visually interesting (toys everywhere!!!), it isn’t as much, well.. fun .. as having pairs or trios together .. so, backing off the complexity, but not sacrificing the potential for intensity!! Here’s how the lineup is looking….
1. Squat to step up (plyo boxes)
2. Kneeling heavy bag reel (ropes and heavy bags)
3. Plank traverse with sitouts on the ends (agility ladders)
4. Elevated alternating T-pushups (long bench)
5. Loaded walking lunges (dumbbells or kettlebells or plates)
