Circuit day!! Introducing a new bodyweight move that is a variation of the sitout we often do. This one uses a pattern of movement that is familiar but should be a bit more comfortable (notice, I did not say “easier”…) and also shows another movement initiated from the “beast” starting stance we talked about last week!
5:15 and 5:45 am groups will go 2 full rounds plus choice of 4 more stations at 1 minute per station. 6:30 group will go 2 rounds at 1:30 per station.
