We’re putting a double meaning on “circuit” for the Monday sessions .. we have only three stations, but they are surrounded by a “track” (the miler of long long ago tends to think of track this time of year …)  The image below depicts the rough layout.


18 minutes AMRAP

3 stations —

1.  Med Ball Seated Russian Twists x50 (25/side)

2.  Jumping Jacks or Faux Jump Rope x50

3.  Standing Alternating Dumbell Uppercut Presses (I made that up .. a demonstration will be clearer than words!)

Between each rotation through the stations, you’ll “take a lap” — alternate the laps between walking lunges and duck walks.
