Friday is circuit day in the studio .. today we have a mostly bodyweight circuit consisting of 10 reps each at stations for Burpees, Jumping Jacks, Squats, Pushups and Plyo Boxes for single leg step up/knee up.   The studio was set in the image of the 5 dots on a die.. plyo boxes in the middle.

The sequence goes like this .. Burpee, walk to boxes, do steps ups, walk to jacks.  Walking lunge from jacks to squats, then walk to boxes, do step ups, walk to pushups.  Walking lunge back to burpees.  18 minutes, AMRAP.  Rest as needed, but no more than needed.
