Friday, November 6th

It seems like it has been a while since we ran our weekly 20/10 format session as a 4x4x4 .. so, back to the roots!  Friday sessions scheduled for 5:15, 6 and 10:30 am.  No night sessions on Fridays … a bit of “wake up cardio” on tap for Saturday @ 6:30 am.
