This is our last Friday before we slip into the summer schedule … might as well make it interesting!!

Lanes going crosswise in the studio … 1 tile wide, about 7 long…  every trip across counts as a rep….

10 high knees

9 one leg diagonal jumps

8 butt kickers

7 walking lungesladder

6 leg extension alternating toe touch

5 side squat jumps

4 duck walks (forward/backward/forward/backward)

3 bear crawl (middle one backwards)

2 inchworms

1 walking stick

….. if you get that far and there’s still time, grab a quick drink and work your way back up the ladder…
