Friday, February 20th (with Thursday night preview!)

Here’s our weekly circuit .. sticking with the simple theme this week — just 5 stations (boot camp style with multiples at each station) and we’ve been doing more strength than cardio this week so we’ll close out the week with strength as well (expect some heavier cardio next week!)

1.  Kettlebell farmer carry bookended by goblet squats

2. Reverse plank with alternating toe touchescircuit-visual

3.  Bent dumbbell rows

4.  Squat with dumbbell bicep curls

5.  Landmine thrusters — single arm alternating
