Fitness Ropes Plus – 2/4/14

Here’s the plan for the single session tonite…

3 rounds, 30/30  consisting of a ropes exercise and an active recovery — choose between TBE/Jumping Jack/Seal Jack

Rest for 1 minute between rounds.

1.  Rope Burpee

2.  Rope Jumping Jack

3.  Jumping Mean Santas

4.  Alt Wave w/Squat
