Fitness Ropes – 12/19/13 (but without the ropes!)

We return tonite to a ropeless session…

Tonite’s session will be dumbbell resisted cardio kickboxing session.  A little like what you may think of as aerobics but much more focused on mobility.  Just time to spice things up a little with something different!!   And a caveat .. all are welcome to look much more coordinated than I will — these are exceptionally good sessions for me because I’m not very light on my feet — in the same way that swimming is an awesome workout for me because will I “can” swim,  if caught in the act, someone is likely to find a lifeguard on duty just in case….
