Evening Classes Move to Later Time Next Week!

Based on feedback, we’re going to align all the evening class times. Next week, we’ll go with both Tuesday and Thursday in the 8:45-9:15 block. The session will feature the workout planning for the following day — of particular interest here is our popular Friday circuits — which we’ll run first on Thursday nights.

We’ll also flip flop the Monday and Wednesday morning programming. Ropes will move to Wednesdays (and in turn, to the Tuesday night sessions).

 

Keep the feedback coming .. we’ll fix what’s broken, tweak other things that need adjustment and let go of stuff that seemed like a good idea but didn’t quite work out!
