End of Year Challenge!

Last year, we finished out the last 2 weeks of the year with a rep challenge .. individually and as a group we pushed ourselves to huge numbers of burpees, squats and pushups … well, it seems to be that time again so let’s have some fun and get stronger … each one of us AND as a group … !!

5000 reps ….  made up of 2500 squats, 1500 pushups and 1000 burpees

… that’s 5000 reps for EACH of us ..

And we run a tracker across the whole group with a running total … shooting for 100,00 reps!!  Let me know if you are IN for the challenge … then check the web site daily and email me your own daily totals!  We’ll begin 2016 STRONGER!!

    yesterday: 60 Burpees, 100 squats, 50 push ups (conference call activity)—– that does not include what we did in class. can you guess that out?
