Early Morning Group – 8/4

Confession .. my quads are still feeling the Friday morning session!  We fire back up on Monday with a bodyweight only core focused session.

We are beginning week 8!!  Four weeks remain and the special “back to school” price is almost too good to be true (but it is!!)  Details and registration HERE.

 

 

Monday, August 4th — Core, core and more core…

45/15 X 2 rounds followed by a “40s +40 finisher”

1 and 2 — Standing Half Lunge Crunch

3. Superman with Chain Breakers

4.  V-Sit Peddle

5.  Burpee w/ 3 plank jacks on the bottom and 3 jumping jacks at the top

Before the finisher, we’ll do a brisk walk around the big loop … and then…

“40s + 40” –> Begin with 10 prisoner squats, sprint 40 yards.. repeat until you’ve done 4 set of the squats…
