Welcome back from the holiday week.  We’ll go a bit easy into the new week since many will have taken a number of days off!   So today .. you have 10 exercises .. you do 30 reps of each in any rep combination you want for total of 300 repetitions.  Complete reps on each exercise before moving on to next one

1. Jumping Jacks 2. Alternating Reverse Lunge
3. Skater Hops 4. Squats
5. SQUAT + CROSSOVER WITH REACH 6. Pushups
7. Seal Jacks 8. BIRD DOG
9. Total Body Extensions 10. BURPEEs
