Cedar Pointe – 8/6/13

Here is the workout for Tuesday, 8/6 (please make sure your footwear is reasonable for a bit of running…)

Cedar Point has a paved loop that is pretty close to a quarter mile ..

6 times around the loop .. first loop, just a nice light jog to warm up .. then 4 loops, visiting 3 stations along the way each time..

1.  Battling Ropes — you pick the exercise, but do three different ones  – 20 “reps”

2. Kettlebells —   2 arm swing / goblet squat  / alternating 1 arm swing

3.  Suspension Trainig — inverted row / front fly / back fly

Finish up with a final trip around the loop with no stops (at stations…)
