Cedar Creek – 7/30/13

I had thought about a pure plyometric session but like to do the outdoor ones with some hills, so we’ll opt for a mobility session.  Here is the workout for Tuesday evening:

4 rounds, 1 minute rest between rounds…

1.  50 ft inchworm pushup

2. 50 yard sprint

3.  10 burpees  (to scale back, step instead of jump, to scale up, we’ll stage a pair of low hurdles .. do a plyo hurdle jump between each rep)

4.  50 yard sprint (back…)

5.  40 ft inchworm pushup (back to start…)
