Workout alternates between two states: ropes and rest – if working in pairs on a rope, you may start in either of the work states

 

Beginner/Intermediate Class

Warmup – Progressive Calisthenics

Format 20/20 X 6 Rounds.  Rest 1 minute between rounds

Rope Jumping Jacks | Rest

Side Two Hand Wave – Left Face | Rest

Front Alternating Wave Jacks | Rest

Side Two Hand Wave – Right Face | Rest

Recommended Cooldown – Sun Salutation Sequence

Advanced Class

Warmup – Progressive Calisthenics

Format 30/15  X 6 Rounds.  Rest 2 minutes between circuits

Rope Jumping Jacks | Rest

Side Two Hand Wave – Left Face | Rest

Front Alternating Wave Jacks | Rest

Side Two Hand Wave – Right Face | Rest

Recommended Cooldown – Sun Salutation Series
